Senior Full Stack Developer [TypeScript/React + Backend]

Please DO NOT apply if you have previously applied for this position.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality SaaS software systems, with a strong focus on modern frontend development using TypeScript and React.The successful candidate will have advanced TypeScript/React skills combined with strong backend engineering experience using Node.js, Java, or .NET/C#. You will also have solid experience in API development, databases, application performance, and scalable system design.You will work as part of a cross-functional Agile team, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions as we continue evolving our platform into an AWS-hosted SaaS solutionKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, implement, and test new product features.Build modern, scalable web applications using TypeScript and React.Design and develop backend services and RESTful APIs.Refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.Troubleshoot and optimise performance across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.Design efficient database queries, data models, and application integrations.Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical design decisions.Write clean, well-tested, maintainable, and documented code.Collaborate closely with developers, testers, product owners, and other stakeholders.Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, cloud deployment, and development best practices.Play a leading role in the ongoing technical improvement of the product.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES5+ years of professional software development experience.Strong TypeScript and React expertise is essential.Strong understanding of modern React architecture, hooks, state management, component design, frontend performance, and testing.Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Java, or .NET/C#.Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and service-based applications.Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including query optimisation and indexing.Experience with NoSQL databases is desirable.Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, caching, asynchronous processing, and troubleshooting.Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern development practices.Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is desirable.Experience working with SaaS products is highly regarded.Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical ownership skills.Knowledge of GIS technologies and Python scripting would be advantageous.QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONSTertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.COMPENSATIONExcellent remuneration package100% Work from home2 festival bonuses, mobile bill, internet bill, health packageYou will be working with a global team of 300+ top notch engineers, cutting edge technologies and tools.
