Job Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Digital Government Solutions)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)Industry: Government Digital Transformation / Enterprise SolutionsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will lead the development and integration of high-impact, multi-tenant digital service portals. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in building secure, scalable applications integrated within the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Ecosystem (ADGE) frameworks, specifically optimizing workflows using advanced workflow configuration tools and data engineering workbenches.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop, and maintain secure frontend and backend architectures for large-scale Government-to-Consumer (G2C) and Government-to-Business (G2B) unified portal solutions.Design and execute data orchestration pipelines and complex schemas leveraging enterprise data Workbench tools.Integrate applications seamlessly with centralized digital identity solutions (such as UAE Pass) and local government payment gateways.Build and optimize unified, customer-centric digital services ensuring compliance with local government entities' structural integration standards.Ensure all applications adhere strictly to local digital authority compliance, cybersecurity frameworks, and accessibility standards.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in modern full-stack environments (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, or Python) paired with robust relational/non-relational database management skills.Workbench Expertise: Hands-on, production-grade experience utilizing data or development Workbench platforms for workflow automation, schema modeling, or systems integration.Localized Ecosystem Experience (Critical): Proven track record of delivering digital products or services integrated into the Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services frameworks and shared digital government platforms.Integration Experience: Practical knowledge of connecting legacy entity systems with centralized digital service brokers, API gateways, and unified dashboards.Location: Must be currently based in or willing to relocate immediately to Abu Dhabi.Share your resume at bharti@edgecorporation.net
