Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI NativeBerlin | €80,000 – €90,000k + EquityWe are working with an early-stage, VC-backed technology company building an AI-native operating system for the insurance industry, automating highly manual workflows by turning unstructured communication and data into structured, actionable processes.They're looking for a true Full Stack Engineer who can take ownership from idea → architecture → implementation → production across both frontend and backend.What we're looking forStrong React + TypeScript + Node.js experienceGenuine full-stack experience — comfortable owning both frontend and backendProduction experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings or AI-powered workflowsExperience taking AI functionality beyond prototypes and shipping it into real productsStrong understanding of APIs, databases and modern system designComfortable making architectural decisions and explaining technical trade-offsStartup/builder mentality with a high level of autonomySomeone who enjoys taking a problem and owning the solution end-to-endThe roleYou'll be joining a small engineering team with significant influence over the product and architecture.You'll work directly with the founding/technical leadership team, building user-facing features on top of an evolving backend and AI stack.This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed tickets — you'll have genuine ownership over what you build and how it's built.The key requirement: We're looking for someone who is both a strong Full Stack Engineer and genuinely AI-native — someone who has worked with LLMs/RAG/AI systems and shipped them into production, rather than simply using AI coding assistants.
