We created it.We are backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and other world-class VCs, and built by a team from Microsoft, Google, and Goldman Sachs, led by a repeat AI founder.The RoleYou build ZeroDrift's product end to end, from the screens customers use to manage rules and review activity to the services behind them. You own features across the whole stack and set the bar for how the product looks and feels. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who cares about both the architecture and the pixels. You will be one of our first engineers, defining how the product looks and works, with the ownership and equity upside to match.What you will ownShip features end to end, across the frontend and the backendBuild the interfaces where customers configure rules, monitor activity, and review the log of what was caught and fixedWork directly with design to make those interfaces fast and clearDesign and consume the APIs your features depend onRaise the quality bar of the codebase as we growWhat you bring5+ years of full-stack engineeringStrong frontend (for example React and TypeScript) and solid backend (for example Node, Python, or Go)Command of modern web fundamentals: components, state, and performanceA real eye for design and detailHigh ownership and a habit of shipping Bonus pointsBuilt data-dense or enterprise applicationsExperience with design systemsBuilt interfaces for AI productsEarly-stage experienceHow we workWe are hyper-focused on speed of execution and on owning our work end to end.
