Senior Full Stack Engineer - Perm - £80-130k London (Office-based, 5 days per week)We're partnering with an ambitious, venture-backed technology company that is building intelligent software used by organisations across multiple industries. Following significant growth, they're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help scale their platform, develop new product capabilities, and play a key role in the next generation of AI-powered applications.If you're someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, shipping high-quality software, and experimenting with modern AI tooling, this is a role where you'll have genuine influence.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and building scalable backend services and APIs.Developing modern, responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.Building features that leverage AI technologies, including LLM integrations, intelligent workflows, automation, and AI-assisted user experiences.Creating internal AI tooling to improve engineering productivity, software delivery, and operational efficiency.Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure teams to deliver new features from concept through to production.Improving platform scalability, performance, monitoring and observability.Writing clean, well-tested, maintainable code and contributing to technical design discussions.Helping drive engineering best practice across architecture, testing, CI/CD and deployment.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for an engineer who enjoys working across multiple technologies and wants to be part of a fast-moving product environment.You'll ideally have:3+ years' commercial software engineering experience.Strong backend development experience using Python or Go.Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases.Experience building scalable distributed systems or customer-facing SaaS platforms.A strong understanding of software architecture, APIs and cloud-native development.Desirable experience includes:AI application development, including LLM APIs, AI agents, retrieval workflows or prompt engineering.Experience building AI-powered internal developer tools or workflow automation.Platform engineering, streaming technologies or high-performance systems.Senior Full Stack Engineer - Perm - £80-130k
