The environment is fast-paced, innovative, and well-suited to professionals who want to shape the future of AI-driven products.We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build scalable software solutions across our AI products and customer platforms.You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from product conception and system design through development, deployment and ongoing improvement.You should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies, including modern web applications, APIs, databases, integrations and cloud-native services. You will also work closely with our research teams to bring AI prototypes and models into reliable production environments.Our core stack includes TypeScript, Python, Rust React, and C++.ResponsibilitiesWork with engineering, research, design and product teams to develop software solutionsDesign client-side and server-side architectureBuild modern, responsive web applications and dashboardsDevelop backend services, APIs and system integrationsDevelop and maintain databases and supporting servicesBuild SDKs, proxies and integration componentsTest software for reliability, performance and responsivenessTroubleshoot, debug and improve existing systemsSupport Docker and Kubernetes-based deploymentsImplement appropriate security and data protection practicesWork with AI researchers to productionise models and prototypesWork with customers and partners to understand technical requirementsWrite clear technical documentationUse AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of day-to-day engineeringRequirementsAt least 4 years of professional software development experienceDegree in Computer Science or another relevant technical fieldExperience with modern frontend frameworks such asTypeScript, JavaScript, React or VueExperience developing backend services using Python, Rust, C++ or Node.jsStrong experience designing and consuming REST APIsExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL Postgres or MongoDBStrong understanding of software architecture, data structures and communication protocolsGood understanding of unit, integration and end-to-end testing and strong problem-solving skills.Experience with Docker and KubernetesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsGood attention to detail and organisational skillsRegular use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex or equivalentAdvantageousExperience with speech AI, conversational AI or machine learning applicationsExperience with real-time systems, WebSockets, WebRTC or streaming technologiesExperience with telephony or communication platforms such as JambonzExperience building analytics dashboards or customer-facing portalsExperience with Cloud providers, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etcExperience working with Agile development methodologies
