Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale both product-facing features and the systems that support a fast-growing, technology-driven platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack while contributing to the reliability, scalability, and performance of core systems.You will operate at the intersection of product development and platform engineering, owning features end to end while supporting the integration of intelligent, data-driven capabilities into production systems. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where strong individual contributors help shape both user-facing experiences and the systems behind them.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship full stack product features across frontend interfaces and backend servicesDesign and develop APIs, services, and systems that support core product functionalityContribute to shared infrastructure and internal tooling that improves developer experience and engineering velocitySupport integration of data-driven and automation features into production systemsImprove system reliability, performance, and scalability across production environmentsImplement monitoring, logging, and observability practices to support high-quality systemsSupport deployment, testing, and release workflows to ensure consistent deliveryInvestigate and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-facing functionalityContribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical directionQualifications5+ years of software engineering experienceExperience building and operating production-grade applicationsStrong backend fundamentals and experience designing APIs and distributed systemsExperience working across the stack, including building user-facing featuresStrong debugging and problem-solving abilityFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment workflowsExperience building scalable, reliable systems in production environmentsExperience working in early-stage or fast-paced environmentsComfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept through implementationStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsNice to HaveExperience working on data-driven or automation-focused productsExposure to workflows involving document processing or structured data systemsBackground in platform, infrastructure, or reliability-focused engineeringExperience building internal tools or developer platformsExperience working on systems with high availability or performance requirementsExperience in regulated or high-trust environmentsCompensation & BenefitsEquity participationOnsite work environment in New York CityHigh-impact role with strong ownership in a growing team
