Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Purpose:Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions, with a primary focus on C#/.NET backend development and full-stack capabilities. The role also contributes to technical design decisions and supports the adoption of modern cloud and Java/Quarkus technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications, with a strong focus on backend development.Develop scalable and maintainable services using C# and .NET / .NET Core.Develop and integrate modern web front-end components.Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.Contribute to reactive and event-driven architectures.Implement asynchronous communication and Publish/Subscribe mechanisms, particularly using NATS.Develop solutions designed for horizontal scalability in cloud environments.Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions. Analyse technical alternatives and challenge proposed solutions when appropriate. Ensure appropriate data access and persistence strategies, with a strong understanding of ORM principles. Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices. Work closely with QA, DevOps, Product and other engineering teams. Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
