They have a need for a Senior .NET Application Developer to be a part of their application development team that builds and maintains enterprise applications in an Agile development environment. Responsibilities include participating in the design, development, testing and maintenance of various software systems in a Microsoft development environment.Company has an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) in addition to 401k, fully vested after 7 years as a full-time employee. Responsibilities:Participate in the process to design, develop, and test software created to provide solutions to business challenges led by senior team membersParticipate in the development process through attending daily stand-ups, iteration planning meetings, retrospective meetings and the ceremonies employed in an Agile Software Development ProcessEnhance and maintain existing applications that support business activitiesAdhere to change management process to ensure integrity of the production environmentUtilize source code management tools to manage source code following internal processImplement technology best practices as defined by the internal development and architecture teamsWorks with Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Business Analysts in their roles to deliver quality solutionsFollow and promote all technology use policies either with technology teams or the end userSkills:Ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years of Full Stack .NET development experience including experience with the following technical stack.Microsoft Visual Studio: Expert-level proficiency in Visual Studio and associated tools, with a focus on advanced debugging, performance optimization, and implementing development workflows across enterprise applications.Microsoft Stack Expertise: Extensive experience in C# and .NET Core, with deep knowledge of SOLID principles, domain-driven design, and dependency injection. Skilled in designing modular, testable, and maintainable systems using modern architectural patterns.Azure Cloud Services: Proficient in architecting and managing cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Azure SQL, and DevOps pipelines. Experienced in implementing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud strategies.Angular & Front-End Development: Advanced skills in Angular and modern front-end frameworks. Capable of leading UI architecture, optimizing performance, and integrating complex APIs to deliver responsive and user-centric applications.SQL & Data Access: Expert in relational database design, query optimization, and enterprise-level data modeling. Proficient in Entity Framework Core and similar tools, with a focus on performance and scalability in data-driven applications.
