Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment: 12-months initial (contract to perm)We are seeking experienced full-stack engineers to build modern enterprise products that replace fragmented email, spreadsheet and form-based workflows.This is not a frontend-only position. You should be comfortable owning the user experience while understanding backend APIs, data models, security and production operations.What You Will Own* Build modern production web applications.* Translate complex enterprise workflows into simple user experiences.* Develop requester, approver, operations and administration interfaces.* Build dashboards, work queues, workflow views and multi-step interactions.* Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and enterprise systems.* Implement secure role-based application behavior.* Design robust frontend state management for complex asynchronous workflows.* Work closely with product/design teams to prototype and refine user journeys.* Influence API and data-model design.* Develop reusable components rather than one-off interfaces.* Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests.* Participate in production support and performance improvement.Required Experience* 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience.* Strong React and TypeScript experience, or equivalent depth in another modern framework.* Solid backend/API development capability.* Experience shipping complete production applications.* Complex frontend state management and asynchronous interactions.* Relational database fundamentals.* Authentication, authorization and secure application design.* Cloud-native development and CI/CD.* Strong product judgment.Strong Advantage* Enterprise workflow applications.* Approval/work-queue interfaces.* Conversational or AI-assisted products.* ERP/SAP integrations.* Azure.* Regulated or large-enterprise environments.* Accessibility and internationalization.
