SteerAI’s advanced AI-powered autonomy stack, developed by the Technology Innovation Institute, empowers the logistics and defense industries by turning industrial vehicles into autonomous powerhouses that can handle complex off-road missions, transforming operations and protecting organizations' most important assets: their workforce.Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer to support our development team in building web applications. This role requires solid hands-on experience with both NestJS on the backend and Next.js on the frontend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver performant, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable frontend and backend components using Next.js and NestJS. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to implement new features and improve existing functionality. Integrate with RESTful and real-time APIs (WebSocket, MQTT). Ensure performance, security, and usability across platforms and devices. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and team planning. QualificationsProven experience in a Fullstack Developer role or similar contract engagement. Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript. Strong expertise in Next.js (SSR, static site generation, API routes). Strong experience with NestJS for building server-side applications. Comfortable working with REST APIs and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand). Familiar with WebSocket and MQTT for real-time communication.
