Others are being created from the ground up, including new capabilities that use AI to interact across multiple parts of the platform.If you're looking for early-stage ownership, technical influence and greenfield work, but with the stability of an established company, this one might be interesting.The roleYou’ll work as a full-stack engineer across TypeScript, Node.js, React and AWS, taking ownership of features from the initial problem through to production.The team is looking for engineers who want to understand why something is being built, contribute to how it should work and remain accountable for the quality of the finished product.You’ll be involved in:Building full-stack product features using TypeScript, Node.js and React.Designing secure, scalable APIs and backend services.Contributing to new AI-enabled products and platform modernisation.Working with AWS and modern cloud infrastructure.Contributing to architecture and technical decision-making.Supporting and mentoring less-experienced engineers.AI-assisted engineeringThe company is investing heavily in AI-assisted development. This goes beyond occasionally generating a unit test or asking an AI tool to fix an error. They want engineers who are curious about how AI can improve the full development lifecycle: understanding requirements, exploring solutions, writing and reviewing code, testing, documentation and maintaining existing systems.You don’t need to have built an AI product or deployed machine-learning models into production, as this can be taught. You should, however, have practical experience using AI development tools and a thoughtful view of where they improve engineering work.They’re open to engineers from both startup and larger-company backgrounds.
