1 - Project Overview:Wind.AI is an AI-native enterprise intelligence platform for GE Vernova Wind. It provides governed, role-based intelligence across fragmented enterprise and operational data sources. The program is in development and scale-out, building the core application while progressively onboarding additional business use cases and PODs.

Work within the FPT Wind.AI offshore delivery team and collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, PM/BA, QA, and GE Vernova product, architecture, business, and technical stakeholder
Contribute to a strategic, evolving program where scope, priorities, team assignment, and use cases may change based on project demand.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop responsive, maintainable, and accessible web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Design and implement reliable Python backend services, REST APIs, business logic, and system integrations.
Integrate application features with enterprise data sources, internal services, APIs, and AI/LLM capabilities.
Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, PM/BA, QA, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver sprint commitments.
Write clean, modular, testable code and participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering standards.
Create and maintain unit, integration, and API tests; troubleshoot defects and support release-quality validation.
Apply secure development practices covering authentication, authorization, input validation, secrets, and sensitive data handling.
Support CI/CD, cloud deployment, observability, production troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, technical discussions, customer meetings, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
For Senior level: provide technical guidance, review solution approaches, mentor team members, and drive ownership of complex features. 3. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development and web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript/TypeScript, including component-based design, state management, routing, and API integration.
Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs, JSON-based services, and microservice-oriented applications.
Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modelling fundamentals, and ORM usage.
Experience with automated testing for frontend and backend code using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, code review, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
Understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.
Ability to analyze requirements, communicate technical trade-offs, and independently own assigned features from design through release.
Upper-intermediate or higher English, with the ability to discuss status, requirements, technical issues, and proposed solutions with global stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams. 4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application deployment, such as S3, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, or related services.
Experience integrating Generative AI or LLM features, including prompt-based workflows, RAG, vector search, tool calling, or AI-assisted applications.
Experience with enterprise data integration, document processing, search, analytics, or unstructured-data solutions.
Experience with Docker, infrastructure as code, message queues, caching, or event-driven integration patterns.
Knowledge of OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Redshift, PostgreSQL, or equivalent data/search technologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development and delivering software for global enterprise customers.
Experience in manufacturing, energy, engineering, or industrial software domains is an advantage.Benefits
