This role involves leading end-to-end functional consulting engagements on ERPNext, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, configuration, and user training. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to understand their operations, translate business needs into system workflows, and recommend best practices for process optimization. Daily responsibilities include conducting workshops, preparing functional documentation, coordinating with technical teams on customizations, and supporting testing and deployment activities. The Senior Functional Consultant will also mentor junior consultants, contribute to KoreCent Academy initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, identify process gaps, and propose effective ERP solutions.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, requirement workshops, training sessions, and documentation.Deep understanding of business processes across functions such as operations, supply chain, sales, and HR.Hands-on consulting experience in ERP implementations, preferably with ERPNext or similar enterprise systems.Solid finance knowledge, including basic accounting principles, financial workflows, and ERP finance modules.Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing multiple projects, and working with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, with a structured approach to problem-solving and documentation.Exposure to SAP, other ERPs, or previous work in digital transformation projects is an advantage.Experience mentoring team members and contributing to training or knowledge-sharing initiatives is beneficial.
