Senior Fund Operations

Job OverviewResponsible for executing the day-to-day operationalactivities of the company's investment funds, including financial andaccounting monitoring of funds, processing subscription and redemptiontransactions, and ensuring the accuracy of operational records and reports incompliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and the funds' termsand conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Fund OperationsExecute and monitor subscription and redemption transactionsacross fundsCalculate Net Asset Value (NAV) periodically and verify itsaccuracyManage investor records and investment units for each fundCoordinate with the Custodian and Fund Administrator onsettlementsAccounting & Financial ReportingPrepare periodic financial statements for funds(monthly/quarterly/annual)Monitor calculation of management and performance feesEnsure fund accounting records reconcile with custodianrecordsCompliance & GovernanceEnsure operational compliance with fund Terms &Conditions and CMA Investment Funds RegulationsPrepare reports required by the Capital Market Authority(CMA) and submit them through approved systems within regulatory deadlinesMaintain documented records of all operational activitiesfor audit purposesInternal & External CoordinationLiaise with fund managers and the investment team to ensureproper execution of operationsCoordinate with external parties (custodian, externalauditor, service providers) to complete operational tasksSupport the Investor Relations team with operationalinformation as neededRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–5 years of experience in fund operations or financialaccounting within an asset management firmSolid knowledge of the CMA Investment Funds RegulationsFluency in Arabic and English
