We value professionals who can manage fund transfers, monitor payment activities, and ensure reliable financial operations across business units and external partners.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Transfer Specialist to oversee fund transfer operations, payment processing, transaction verification, reconciliation, and settlement activities. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate movement of funds while maintaining compliance with internal policies, banking procedures, anti-fraud controls, and applicable financial regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and oversee domestic and international fund transfers, including bank-to-bank payments and electronic transactions.Verify payment instructions, beneficiary details, account information, approvals, and supporting documentation.Monitor transaction status, settlement timelines, failed transfers, and outstanding payments.Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, vendors, clients, and internal Finance and Treasury teams.Reconcile fund transfers against bank statements, payment records, and general ledger entries.Investigate rejected, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly processed transactions and coordinate corrective action.Ensure compliance with payment authorization procedures, transaction limits, and segregation-of-duties requirements.Monitor suspicious transactions and escalate potential fraud, sanctions concerns, or compliance issues to the appropriate teams.Maintain accurate transfer records, transaction references, confirmations, and audit documentation.Support foreign currency transfers, exchange rate verification, and cross-border payment requirements where applicable.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment activity reports and reconciliation summaries.Coordinate payment approvals and ensure transfers are completed within established service-level timelines.Support internal and external audits by providing transaction evidence and financial records.Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to payment workflows and transaction controls.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and banking information.Provide technical guidance to junior staff and support consistent application of payment procedures.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.Significant experience in fund transfers, payment operations, treasury operations, or banking services.Strong understanding of domestic and international payment systems, bank transfers, and settlement procedures.Familiarity with SWIFT payments, electronic banking platforms, and payment processing systems is an advantage.Knowledge of reconciliation, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and financial controls.Understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and applicable UAE financial regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial or enterprise resource planning systems.Excellent analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Relevant banking or finance certifications are an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy and timeliness of fund transfers.Successful transaction processing and settlement rates.Reduction in failed, delayed, and duplicate transfers.Reconciliation accuracy and resolution turnaround time.Compliance with payment authorization and financial control requirements.Quality of transaction documentation and audit outcomes.What We OfferRemote working opportunities, subject to banking access and operational requirements.Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Collaborative working environment with Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams.Opportunities to improve payment efficiency and financial control processes.How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to submit their updated CV highlighting experience in fund transfers, payment processing, bank reconciliation, international payments, and financial operations.
