Job description:Highgate Dental is seeking an experienced Senior General Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care and support clinical quality at our Doddakamanahalli clinic in South Bangalore.Experience: 4–8 years of clinical experienceSalary: Starting From ₹32,000 per month + attractive incentivesEmployment: Full-time, in personSchedule: 6 days a week with one weekly offJob Location: Doddakamanahalli, Near Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 560076ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up care.Perform general dental procedures confidently, including restorative care, routine endodontic treatment, crown-and-bridge work and extractions, within demonstrated clinical competence.Recognise complex cases and coordinate timely specialist referrals.Explain treatment alternatives, expected outcomes and aftercare to support informed patient decisions.Mentor junior dentists and work closely with dental assistants to maintain consistent standards of care.Maintain thorough clinical records and uphold consent, sterilisation and infection-control protocols.Qualifications and skillsBDS with valid dental council registration.4–8 years of clinical experience, including independent patient management.Strong diagnostic judgement, treatment-planning ability and practical general dentistry skills.Ability to recognise complications and arrange appropriate care or referral.Excellent patient communication, team leadership and mentoring skills.Commitment to ethical, patient-centred care and ability to commute reliably to Doddakamanahalli in South Bangalore.Apply with your updated CV, key clinical competencies and availability to join.Work Location: In person
