Not a chatbot bolted onto a website. Agents that pick up a lead the moment it goes cold, search live dealership stock, send the customer cars that actually match, and book them in.In one recent pilot, a single campaign took a list of leads the dealer had written off and turned eight of them back into active buyers. For around £10 in running costs.That's the job: making those conversations good enough that the customer forgets they're talking to AI — and building the systems that keep them reliable when they're running unsupervised, at scale, in multiple languages.What you'd work on:Voice agents built on Gemini Live — latency, interruption handling, making them sound genuinely humanMulti-agent orchestration: routing, tool use, live inventory search, handoff to human sales teamsEvaluation and guardrails, because these agents run in production against real customersDeployment into customer environments, including fully sovereign setups where no data leaves their cloudWhat we're looking for: strong Nodejs, hands-on LLM and agent experience (RAG, tool calling, fine-tuning), and the instinct to ship and measure rather than theories.
