Senior GIS Data Quality / Team Lead

TMC Middle East is looking for a Senior GIS Data Quality / Team Lead to join a focused geospatial project with real impact in Riyadh. If you have deep GIS expertise and thrive in structured, deadline-driven environments, we want to hear from you.𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 6 Months and Extendable 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Riyadh, KSA𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Strictly Onsite𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- Lead end-to-end GIS data cleansing and reconciliation across priority layers including licenses, applications, parcels, and government operational datasets- Perform structured GIS–source system reconciliation, classifying and resolving attribute, spatial, and relationship discrepancies including duplicates, orphan records, and spatial overlaps- Validate TMining data procedures and lifecycle rules to establish a verified source of truth for all GIS corrections- Maintain a detailed Data Cleansing and Reconciliation Log for full traceability across all correction activities- Guide daily team activities, conduct phase-by-phase QA/QC reviews, and support final data handover within the agreed timeline𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- 8+ years of GIS and geospatial data experience with a strong focus on data quality, validation, and reconciliation- Hands-on expertise with Enterprise GIS environments and Enterprise Geodatabases (Esri ArcGIS preferred)- Solid SQL and relational database skills for querying and validating spatial and attribute data- Proven experience leading multi-layer GIS data cleansing projects and coordinating small specialist teams- Experience in mining, land management, or government licensing GIS environments is a strong advantageThis role is strictly onsite in Riyadh.
