Apply & track with Apply EdgeDrive Global Procurement Transformation from SingaporeA global technology organisation is building a centralised Global Procurement function and is looking for experienced procurement professionals to lead strategic sourcing across either IT or Corporate Services categories.This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited to commercially astute procurement leaders who enjoy shaping strategy while remaining hands-on in execution. You'll partner with senior business stakeholders across global markets to drive procurement transformation, optimise supplier performance and deliver measurable commercial value.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute global category strategies across either IT or Corporate Services spend.Lead complex sourcing projects, commercial negotiations and contract management for high-value, multinational suppliers.Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge demand, influence buying decisions and deliver commercially robust outcomes.Build strategic supplier relationships and improve supplier performance, governance and value delivery.Drive procurement transformation through process improvement, digitalisation, automation and data-driven decision making.Analyse spend, identify consolidation opportunities and implement sourcing initiatives that improve cost, quality and risk outcomes.Collaborate with Legal, Finance and business leaders to ensure strong governance, compliance and commercial risk management.Stay informed on market trends and emerging supplier solutions to continuously improve procurement strategies.Key Requirements:8+ years of indirect procurement experience within a multinational or regional organisation.Strong category expertise in either:IT Procurement (software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, technology vendors), orCorporate Services Procurement (HR, recruitment, consulting, legal, professional services, outsourced services).Demonstrated experience managing significant regional or global spend and negotiating complex commercial agreements.Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior executives across business functions.Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute sourcing initiatives.Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in spend analysis, supplier management and procurement transformation.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.Only successful candidates will be notified.EA License no.: 16S8066
