Kingston Stanley is currently looking for a Senior Global Leader – Finance to join a leading international organisation undergoing significant growth and global expansion.This is a senior strategic appointment within a highly CAPEX-intensive business, with substantial ongoing and planned investment supporting its international growth strategy.The successful individual will take end-to-end leadership of the finance function, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to shape financial strategy, provide robust financial governance and support major investment and growth decisions.The mandate will encompass:Financial Strategy & GovernanceFinancial Reporting & AccountingTreasury & Funding StrategyCorporate Finance & M&AFinancial Planning & AnalysisTax & AuditRisk Management & Internal ControlsCommercial FinanceCapital Investment & Financial EvaluationExecutive and Board-level Financial AdvisoryCandidate Requirements:Candidates must hold a recognised professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or an internationally recognised equivalent.We are particularly interested in senior finance leaders who have:Led broad, end-to-end finance functions within large and complex organisationsOperated within highly CAPEX-intensive businesses, with direct exposure to significant capital investment programmesWorked across multiple international marketsSupported businesses through substantial growth, transformation and international expansionDemonstrated strong exposure to treasury, funding strategy, corporate finance and M&APartnered directly with C-suite executives, Boards and senior stakeholdersExperience within infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, energy or other large-scale, investment-led sectors would be highly relevant.
