The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems using Golang. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to build scalable microservices and mission-critical applications.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance Golang applications.Build scalable microservices and distributed systems.Develop and integrate REST APIs and gRPC services.Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Golang development.Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.Experience with Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and gRPC.Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ClickHouse.Experience with AWS cloud services.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.Proficiency with Git and Jira.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Candidate RequirementsMust currently be residing in the UAE.Must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa.Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI.Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.Passion for continuously learning and adopting emerging technologies and development best practices.Salary & BenefitsSalary: AED 11,000 – AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience).Career growth opportunities.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI, Blockchain, and FinTech projects.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Alternate Saturday working schedule.If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to join a fast-growing technology company, we'd love to hear from you.Additionally Thank you for your interest in the Senior Golang Engineer position at AIO Technology LLC.As the next step in our recruitment process, we kindly ask you to complete a short technical questionnaire using the link below:https://forms.gle/Hr8ycgbuWi8CcCPUAPlease complete the form at your earliest convenience.
