They foster a collaborative studio environment focused on efficient execution and creative excellence.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Senior Freelance Graphic Designer for an engaging 7-week contract. This is an execution-focused role where you will hit the ground running, producing high-quality design work across all retail channels. You will be a vital part of the internal studio team, collaborating closely to uphold brand consistency and deliver projects on tight retail deadlines. Your contribution will be critical in ensuring seamless production and maintaining the visual integrity of significant marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce a high volume of print and retail artwork, including standard retail assets, promotional catalogues, Point of Sale (POS) displays, and local area marketing collateral.Develop compelling static digital creative assets, such as website banners and Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs).Efficiently manage task queues and collateral sign-offs within integrated team systems, ensuring smooth workflow and timely approvals.Key Skills & ExperienceProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.Demonstrated success in delivering high-volume marketing collateral within retail, trade, or similar fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds.Proven ability to work autonomously, maintain stringent design consistency across all outputs, and manage artwork delivery efficiently from concept to completion.Work Environment & CollaborationThis role emphasizes close collaboration with the studio team. You will be required to work in-office for several days each week to foster seamless teamwork and project execution.
