Experienced Graphic DesignerCommercial Interiors London (4 day week)£50K/£60K depending on experience (Negotiable)An established and design-led commercial interior design business is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join its creative team.This is a key creative role for someone who understands how exceptional graphic design, visual storytelling and presentation can make the difference in a competitive pitch or tender process.The successful candidate must have proven experience creating pitch, tender and bid documents, ideally within Commercial Design & Build, Architecture, Interior Design or the wider built environment.The RoleWorking closely with the design, pre-construction and business development teams, the Graphic Designer will take ownership of producing high-quality creative material for new business opportunities.Responsibilities will include:Creating pitch, tender and bid documents from initial brief through to final submissionDeveloping compelling visual narratives that clearly communicate the team's creative and commercial propositionDesigning high-impact presentations for competitive pitches and client meetingsWorking closely with interior designers, pre-construction and business development teams on live opportunitiesTransforming technical, commercial and design information into clear, visually engaging documentsProducing credentials documents, project case studies, capability statements and proposalsCreating bespoke graphics, layouts, diagrams and presentation assetsEnsuring all submissions maintain an exceptionally high level of visual quality and brand consistencyManaging multiple live pitches and tenders simultaneouslyDelivering polished creative work against tight and sometimes demanding deadlinesSupporting wider marketing, brand and digital content when requiredEssential ExperienceCandidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience creating pitch and tender documents within a professional environment.The ideal candidate will have:Strong professional experience as a Graphic DesignerProven experience designing pitch, tender, bid and proposal documentsIdeally a background within Commercial D&B, Architecture, Interior Design or a related creative sectorA portfolio demonstrating outstanding presentation design, typography, layout and visual storytellingAdvanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopThe ability to turn complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand visual contentStrong creative and conceptual thinkingExcellent attention to detailThe ability to work quickly without compromising creative qualityExperience managing several deadlines and submissions simultaneouslyConfidence working with senior designers, sales teams and company leadershipA genuine interest in architecture, workplace design and commercial interiorsThe PersonThey are looking for someone who is highly creative, proactive and comfortable working at pace.This isn't simply a marketing graphics position.
