Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual design direction for digital and brand projects, translating strategic concepts into compelling graphics that align with client and internal goals. This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Nozha and involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to create visual identities, social media assets, campaign materials, and presentation designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining brand guidelines, designing logos and key visuals, producing high-quality layouts, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, provide creative feedback, and stay informed about design trends and best practices to keep Octaholic’s work relevant and distinctive.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print applications, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-impact visual work.Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving brand identities and visual systems.Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to apply these principles across different formats and platforms.Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and familiarity with design for social media, web, and advertising.Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, including guiding creative concepts from brief to final delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
