Senior Graphic Designer

This is an individual-contributor role - with strong, senior-level design skills who can take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.The role can be remote (freelancer) if the candidate is not based in Hanoi What You'll Do Design a wide range of visual assets, including branding materials, marketing collateral, digital and print content, and campaign visualsTranslate briefs and concepts into polished, on-brand designsWork closely with the creative director across all design projects and adhere to strict timelines set by the studio coordinatorCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teamsProvide creative input and design solutionsEnsure design consistency and quality across all brand touchpointsPresent and explain design concepts clearly to the creative director and design team membersWhat We're Looking For5+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, print publication, digital campaign, website) and highlighting problem-solving skills.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus)Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytellingProven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) - required for daily collaboration with international stakeholdersA keen eye for detail and commitment to design qualityNo leadership or people-management experience required - this role is focused purely on design craftNice to HaveExperience with motion graphics or basic video editingFamiliarity with branding and identity design projectsExperience working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team environmentSalary range: $1200 - $1500 gross depending on experienceBenefits can be negotiable depending on the type of employment (full-time or freelancer)To apply for this position, kindly submit your CV in English along with a link to your portfolio.
