Based in Toronto, Liztek combines deep domain expertise with design-led engineering to help leaders move quickly while maintaining strong oversight and control.Role Description The Senior GRC Consultant will provide on-site advisory and implementation support for governance, risk, and compliance initiatives at client locations in Jeddah. This contract role involves assessing existing GRC frameworks, mapping regulatory requirements, and designing practical policies, controls, and risk mitigation strategies. The consultant will lead client workshops, conduct risk and compliance assessments, document findings, and develop roadmaps for continuous improvement. The role includes collaborating with client stakeholders to align GRC practices with business objectives, coordinating with technical teams to integrate AI-driven GRC solutions, and preparing clear reports and presentations for senior leadership. The consultant is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site to ensure effective adoption of Liztek’s platforms and methodologies.Qualifications Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including policy development, control design, and regulatory mapping.Proven background in risk assessment, compliance frameworks (such as ISO, NIST, or regional regulatory standards), and audit support or audit automation.Ability to translate complex regulatory and data governance requirements into actionable processes and technology-enabled solutions.Experience working with data-intensive or regulated industries (e.g., banking, fintech, telecommunications, or large enterprises).Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, including report writing and executive-level presentations.Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage client expectations, and work effectively in on-site, cross-functional environments.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Security, Business, Law, IT, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISSP, ISO lead auditor) are an advantage.Familiarity with AI-driven or data analytics solutions in the context of risk management, compliance monitoring, or transaction surveillance is beneficial.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus for client communication in Jeddah.Willingness to work on-site in Jeddah for
