The successful candidate will spearhead data-driven decision-making, evaluate the true financial and commercial impact of promotional campaigns, and manage the group's robust multi-brand customer loyalty (CRM) ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate macroeconomic indicators, market developments, and shifting consumer retail behaviors to identify new growth vectors.Perform deep-dive analyses on promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product bundles to calculate exact ROI, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and overall margin impact.Take full strategic ownership of the multi-brand CRM mobile application, driving high retention, maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV), and managing sophisticated audience segmentation.Partner closely with executive stakeholders, supply chain, and operations teams to share analytical insights that refine ongoing product offerings and commercial planning.Key RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of marketing experience, with a definitive track record in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Analytics within fast-moving consumer sectors (F&B, FMCG, or Retail).Strong mathematical foundations and an advanced capability to clean, interpret, and convert complex data sets into actionable revenue-generating strategies.Proficiency with data analytics platforms, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics), or database queries is highly advantageous.Exceptional ability to synthesize technical metrics into clear business proposals for non-technical leadership teams.Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
