We’re obsessed with clarity, speed, and quality of implementation.The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior GTM Engineer to lead the design and delivery of GTM systems for our clients. This is a hands-on building role with real ownership: you’ll architect “GTM Brains” — AI-driven systems that research, enrich, personalize, qualify, and route at scale — and deliver them in a done-with-you model, building alongside clients rather than handing them a deck.You’ll own complex implementations end to end, set the standard for how we build, and help shape what GTM Engineering looks like at Frontal as we scale.What You’ll DoDesign and build end-to-end GTM systems: enrichment pipelines, ICP and lead-scoring models, signal monitoring, routing logic, and outbound automationBuild AI-powered workflows using Claude Code and LLM/agent orchestration to automate research, personalization, and qualification at scaleConnect the stack programmatically — APIs, enrichment providers, CRMs, and external services into reliable, multi-tool pipelinesWork hands-on with clients in a done-with-you model: scope the problem, build the system, validate against real usage, and iterate on outcomesOwn implementation quality from start to finish — quality of delivery is the metric that mattersDocument what works and build the delivery playbooks that let us scaleSet standards, tooling, and architecture as the function grows, and help mentor the GTM Engineers who followWhat We’re Looking ForGenuinely hands-on GTM Engineer — you build systems, not slides (non-negotiable)Real, demonstrable experience with Claude Code or equivalent LLM/agent-based automation, including prompt engineering and agent design (non-negotiable)Deep GTM knowledge: B2B funnels, outbound, enrichment, deliverability, and how CRM and GTM systems connect (non-negotiable)Strong hands-on Clay experience, with a portfolio of real systems you’ve shippedComfortable with code - Python and/or SQL for data manipulation, API calls, and custom integrationsClient-facing maturity: You're equally comfortable architecting a system and sitting across from the client who'll use it: running the call, scoping the need, managing expectations, and earning trust through the work you ship.
