The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Guest Relations Executive to join our new French Concept in Jumeirah Al Qasr.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival. Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination. Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards. Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately. Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests. Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, manage guest history and data accurately, assist with inventories and stock-takes, maintain cleanliness of menus and other materials, and attend training sessions and meetings regularly.
