Inspired by fashion, music and art, you’ll join a team that values creativity, exceptional service and continuous growth.📍 **Location:** Dubai, UAE — Al Wasl or Al Barsha 💼 **Employment:** Permanent 💰 **Salary:** Up to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission 📌 **Applicants must currently be based in the UAE****YOUR ROLE**As a senior member of our hair team, you’ll create personalised looks, build lasting client relationships and help develop the talent around you.* Lead thoughtful consultations, offering expert advice on style, colour, treatments, pricing and maintenance. * Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling, including balayage, ombré, highlights and colour transformations. * Assess hair condition and recommend suitable services that support hair health and realistic results. * Create polished finishes, from beautiful blow-dries to occasion styling. * Recommend professional homecare that helps clients maintain their results. * Build a loyal clientele through consistent quality, attentive service and proactive rebooking. * Work towards agreed service and retail targets. * Keep accurate client records, including colour formulas, treatments and preferences. * Mentor hair assistants and share techniques, product knowledge and best practices with the team. * Stay curious about emerging trends and take an active part in training and brand events. * Maintain an organised workspace, care for salon equipment and follow SO’s hygiene standards, policies and procedures.**WHAT YOU BRING*** At least **3 years of professional hairstyling experience**, with the expertise and confidence to work at senior level. * Strong skills in **balayage, ombré, colour work and precision cutting**. * Experience in professional treatments, including keratin and smoothing services. * A portfolio that showcases your technical ability and creative range. * Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach to clients and colleagues. * Confidence managing appointments and delivering consistently high standards in a busy salon. * A collaborative attitude and a willingness to mentor, learn and grow. * **L’Oréal or Kérastase training is an advantage.****WHY SO ORIGINAL?**Bring your creativity to an established Dubai beauty brand where art, style and client care come together.
