SENIOR HAIRDRESSING EDUCATOR

pH7 Beauty & Personal Care is expanding our team and looking for a passionate, commercially minded Hair Educator to join us in Dubai.This is more than an education role. We are looking for someone who can combine technical hair expertise, education and business development to help us grow our professional salon business.What you’ll be responsible for:• Conduct professional hair education, workshops and product demonstrations in salons.• Train hairstylists and salon teams on professional products, techniques and applications.• Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers and stylists.• Work closely with the Sales Team to support new account acquisition and convert salons to our brands.• Identify salon needs and recommend the right products and solutions.• Support sales representatives during key client visits, launches and product conversions.• Help develop long-term brand loyalty and increase product usage within salons.• Provide feedback from the market to the Sales & Marketing teams.• Represent pH7 and our professional brands with confidence and professionalism.We’re looking for someone who:• Has 3–5+ years of experience as a hairdresser, educator, trainer or technical specialist.• Has strong knowledge of professional hair color, treatments, care and styling.• Is confident conducting technical demonstrations and presentations.• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Has a commercial mindset and understands the connection between education and sales.• Is energetic, proactive, organized and highly presentable.• Enjoys working with sales teams and achieving business objectives.• Is willing to travel to salons across the UAE.• Has professional hair brand/distributor experience - a strong advantage.• English and Arabic language proficiency is required.If you’re an experienced hair professional who loves educating, inspiring and staying ahead of the industry, we’d love to hear from you.📩 To apply: Send your CV and portfolio to info@ph7.ae
