Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Position: Design Hardware EngineerExperience: 5 - 10 years

Location: AmbernathEducational Qualification: BTech/B.E. in Electronics EngineeringRoles & Responsibilities:Hardware DesignEnd-to-end electronic hardware design & development independently.Design Analog, Digital, Power Electronics, SMPS, DC-DC, MOSFET & control circuits.Microcontroller-based circuit design and component selection.Schematic design, PCB design/layout, BOM preparation & hardware validation.Interface and integration of Sensors, Displays, ADC/DAC, Relays, Motors, Drivers, etc.Hardware debugging, testing and root-cause analysis.EMI/EMC design considerations, testing and troubleshooting as per applicable standards.Experience in EMI/EMC mitigation techniques, including grounding, shielding, filtering, layout and noise reduction.Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Power Supply, Function Generator, Electronic Load, etc.Embedded Software / FirmwareDevelop and debug embedded firmware.Experience with MCU programming, bootloader, firmware upgrade and debugging.Implement communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, RS232/RS485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.Develop communication protocols and interface software for hardware peripherals.Integration of sensors, displays, motors, communication modules and other peripherals.Firmware testing, troubleshooting and performance optimization.Project OwnershipIndependently handle projects from concept → design → prototype → testing → validation → production.Coordinate with R&D, Production, Purchase and Quality teams.Prepare technical documentation, test reports and design change records.Should be capable of working independently with minimum supervision.Required Experience & Skills:Diploma/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics / EXTC / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware and embedded product development.Strong knowledge of Analog, Digital, Power Electronics and Embedded Systems.Experience with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools.Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.If interested, kindly apply directly on the link below:https://alan.keka.com/careers/jobdetails/156959
