Senior Hardware Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Hardware Engineer – NVIDIA AI Server Motherboard DesignerWe are looking for an experienced AI Server Motherboard Designer to join our hardware engineering team and develop next-generation NVIDIA GPU-based AI server platforms.Key Responsibilities• Design and develop AI server motherboards/system boards based on NVIDIA GPU platforms• Own schematic design, component selection, PCB layout review, board bring-up, validation and debugging• Integrate NVIDIA GPUs, Intel Xeon/AMD EPYC CPUs, DDR5, PCIe, NVMe, BMC and high-speed networking• Work closely with SI/PI, Power, Thermal, Mechanical and Firmware teams• Support EVT/DVT/PVT and transition to mass productionRequirements• 5+ years of server or high-performance hardware design experience• Strong experience in complex server motherboard/PCB design• Experience with NVIDIA GPU server platforms (H100/H200/B200/B300/HGX preferred)• Strong knowledge of PCIe Gen5/Gen6, DDR5, high-speed interfaces and power architecture• Hands-on experience in board bring-up, validation and hardware debugging• Experience with Cadence OrCAD/Allegro, Xpedition or equivalent toolsExperience with NVIDIA HGX, NVLink/NVSwitch, AMD EPYC or Intel Xeon server platforms is highly preferred.#Hiring #AIServer #NVIDIA #GPU #HardwareEngineer #MotherboardDesign #HGX #H200 #B200 #B300 #PCIe #DDR5We offer a competitive salary package and excellent career development opportunities for the right candidate.
