If you’re looking to work with smart, kind people on challenging, high-impact projects—we’d love to hear from you.This position is onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 depending on experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign mixed-signal circuits using high-speed data converters, RFIC, and serial interfacesPartner with team members to improve, edit, and maintain existing FPGA/SOC designsPerform component selection, schematic capture, and layout for designs across a range of complexityOwn the fabrication and assembly handoffs with manufacturing partners for prototypingGenerate and maintain technical data, drawings, and engineering ordersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, software, project management, sales, etc.) to develop product requirements, as well as through the project lifecycleConduct simulations, modeling, and testing to validate hardware performanceEnsure compliance with industry standards and applicable regulationsMaintain component library and design standardsQualificationsPrior professional hardware design experienceWorking knowledge of Digital Signal Processing principles and embedded softwareExperience with system integration and proof of concept prototype designHands-on lab experienceExperience using Altium DesignerProven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to successfully plan, execute, and deliver technical projectsStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAnalytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Availability to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree from an accredited university or commensurate experience is preferred.Benefits:Full time, salaried position onsite in Cincinnati, OH6% 401k match, fully vested immediatelyPaid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveHealth, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan are offeredWe are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAbility to Commute:Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Required)
