Senior Hardware Engineer

Greetings from TCS!!,We are looking for Senior Hardware Engineer,Experience: 5-15 yearsLocation: PuneStrong HW design and analysis knowledge in Digital, Analog and power domainsShould have experience in working on high-speed designs which involve LPDDR5/4/3, PCI4.0/5.0, SGMII/RGMII, Ethernet(1G/2.5G/5G/10G) , SFI,UFS Flash, USB3.0, RS232/485, SPI, I2C and having involved in Signal Integrity analysisShould have been involved in design, implementation and testing of Modules (based on SoCs from Nvidia,Samsung,Infineon,Renesas,NXP) ARM multi-Core processor based systems.Should have experience on high-speed Camera (GMSL or MIPI/CSI), Display Interface Circuit.Should have experience in analog designs which involves op-amp, ADC, DAC and filters.Should have experience in component selection, RoHS and interacting with vendors for technical clarifications.Should be proficient in understanding of hardware development process for meeting product specifications, cost targets and schedule commitmentsShould have experience in using Altium tools for both schematics and PCB designShould have experience in interacting with Mechanical, thermal, firmware and Layout teams.Should have experience in understanding about the industrial standardsapplicable to the electronic systems/products and implementationGood knowledge about electronic board manufacturing processes as well as thorough understanding of hardware development process & complete project lifecycleShould have good HW debugging skills and HW verification methods at interface levelGood knowledge of using lab equipments like Oscilloscope, DMM,power supplies, Electronic load, Logic Analyzers, Network Analyzer, spectrum Analyzer etc.Should have knowledge and experience in EMI/EMC testing and debuggingShould be able to understand documentation standards in the organization as well as client requirements and implement the sameExcellent written and verbal skills.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with a broad spectrum of interactors.Well organised, highly driven, self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervisionAn individual who is results driven, demonstrates tenacity, drive and perseverance, with the ability to deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment.An individual with the ability to combine a short term, pragmatic focus with longer term planningAn individual who owns accountability and responsibility in delivering high-quality output as required for the role.Passionate about applying engineering principles and solving technical problems with a hands-on approachSoft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
