Location: Ans, Wallonia, BelgiumLanguage: French requiredEmployment: PermanentWe are working with an established technology company in Wallonia that is looking to strengthen its hardware engineering team with a Senior Hardware Engineer specialising in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and High-Speed Digital Design.You’ll be involved in the design and development of complex electronic systems, working across the full hardware development cycle from architecture and design through to validation and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-speed digital hardware.Analyse and optimise Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) across complex PCB designs.Work with high-speed interfaces and digital communication technologies.Perform simulations and investigations relating to signal quality, power distribution and electromagnetic effects.Define PCB design requirements and collaborate closely with PCB layout engineers.Contribute to hardware architecture and technical design decisions.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in high-speed digital hardware design.Solid expertise in Signal Integrity and/or Power Integrity.Experience with high-speed PCB design and analysis.Good understanding of transmission lines, impedance control, crosstalk, signal degradation and power distribution.Experience with hardware simulation and analysis tools.Strong understanding of digital electronics and PCB design principles.Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues systematically.Fluent French and good English.Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.This is an opportunity to take a senior technical role within a specialist engineering environment, working on challenging high-speed electronic systems from concept through to validation.Apply directly to have your application submitted to the portal or get in touch at joel.isaac@vividresourcing.com if you have any further questions.
