We are on the hunt for a passionate and high-energy Senior Head Barista to elevate our coffee brand across our premium mall food courts, airport, and standalone outlets in Colombo.• Employment: Full-time | Permanent• Location: Colombo (Outlet Overseeing)• Package: Competitive salary based on experience and growth opportunitiesRESPONSIBILITIESDrink Preparation & Innovation• Prepare high-quality specialty coffee and related beverages, perform and train others on advanced latte art and innovate and develop new beverage recipes.Bar Management• Monitor coffee stations strictly for cleanliness and hygiene, manage inventory control and stock management, oversee the upkeep and maintenance standards of coffee machines and ensure all brand standards are consistently met.Staff Training• Coach junior baristas on espresso extraction and machine use and train staff on customer service standards and milk texturing techniques.Quality Control• Taste and calibrate coffee across all locations to ensure consistent flavor profile and monitor machine accuracy, recipe precision, and ingredient quality.Reporting & Strategy• Prepare quality check reports, product reports, and maintain recipe guidelines, manage staff rosters and monitor sales data and implement customer service strategies.REQUIREMENTS• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Barista.• Skills: Strong, deep knowledge of coffee beans, expert latte art skills, and a proven ability to train others.• Personality: Friendly and outgoing with a genuine enjoyment for talking to customers and leading a team.• Reliability: Honest and accurate when handling cash and managing inventory reports.• Reporting: Prepare quality check reports, manage rosters, maintain recipes and product reports, monitor sales and customer service strategiesHOW TO APPLY• Email your updated resume to us with the subject line “Senior Head Barista” at: hr@foodstudio.lk
