Senior IT Project Manager (Healthcare IT Transformation) Chicago Area | HybridWe're partnering with a growing multi-site healthcare organization seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who has successfully led major EHR or Practice Management System (PMS) transformations.The engagement begins at approximately 20 hours per week, helping executive leadership finalize an ongoing PMS vendor selection and RFP process already underway. There is potential for the engagement to be extended to lead the implementation and integration phases following vendor selection.What You'll Be DoingLead the final stages of PMS vendor selection and executive decision-makingDrive vendor evaluations, demos, and scorecard developmentTranslate technical requirements into business recommendations for leadershipManage integration planning across clinical, financial, and IT systemsHelp prepare the organization for a successful implementation and long-term adoptionWhat We're Looking For10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experiencePMP preferredSuccessfully led at least two enterprise EHR or multi-site PMS replacement projectsHands-on experience with RFPs, vendor selection, and vendor evaluationsStrong technical background with integrations and Microsoft technologiesExperience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations, hospital systems, physician groups, or DSOsExecutive presence with exceptional stakeholder management skills
