You’ll handle technical issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.Senior Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities:Provide advanced technical support to business users across multiple departmentsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issuesSupport Microsoft-based environments including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related technologiesManage user accounts, permissions, and system accessEscalate and collaborate with infrastructure or engineering teams as neededDocument incidents, resolutions, and technical proceduresDeliver exceptional customer service in both French and EnglishSenior Helpdesk Technician Qualifications:Minimum 4+ years of experience in a comparable IT helpdesk or technical support role supporting business usersStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, etc.)Fluency in both French and English (verbal communication required)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilitiesAbility to work onsite in Sainte-Catherine, QC Canada Base salary $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
