Senior HR & Emiratization Specialist - Emirati Talent

Job PurposeThe Senior HR & Emiratization Specialist is responsible for supporting and facilitating human resources activities across the employee lifecycle while leading the implementation and execution of Emiratization strategy. The focus of the role is on attracting, developing, and retaining UAE Nationals in alignment with the workforce plans and nationalization objectives.Acts as a key liaison with government entities, educational institutions, and strategic partners to support Emiratization initiatives, internships, graduate development programs, and compliance with UAE employment regulations and national workforce policies.Key ActivitiesSupport the development and execution of the clients Emiratization strategy and annual workforce plans.Monitor Emiratization targets and provide regular progress reports.Identify suitable opportunities across departments for UAE National recruitment and development.Achievement of UAE National recruitment targets.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline.Professional QualificationsCIPD Level 5 or above is desirable.Required ExperienceMinimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.ExperienceDemonstrated experience managing Emiratization initiatives and UAE National recruitment.Experience working with GPSSA, Nafis and UAE employment regulations.Experience within real estate, hospitality, development, lifestyle or related sectors is advantageous.
