Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead our recruitment function as the primary responsibility, with HR Operations and Employee Experience as supporting responsibilities.The primary focus of this role is to identify and hire leadership, niche, technical, and business-critical talent through strategic hiring, executive search, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing.The role will also support HR Operations and employee experience, ensuring that employees are effectively onboarded, engaged, supported, and developed as the organization grows.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

• Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, technical, and business-critical positions.
• Drive executive search through talent mapping and proactive sourcing.
• Develop scalable recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring analytics.
• Build strong talent pipelines and relationships with passive candidates and industry communities.Supporting – HR Operations
• Own the employee experience strategy from onboarding through key career milestones.
• Support company culture and employee engagement initiatives.2. Recruitment Execution
• Headhunt and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements, cultural fit, and market availability.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring.Supporting – HR Operations
• Manage onboarding, HR policies, HR systems, compliance, and performance management cycles.
• Run engagement programs, pulse surveys, and feedback initiatives.
• Use employee insights to support retention and improve eNPS.3. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align hiring and people priorities with business goals.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.
• Support compensation and benefits initiatives with leadership.
• Manage recruitment agencies and HR vendors and evaluate their performance based on quality and service levels.4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Mentor and coach recruiters and HR team members.
• Establish and promote best practices in sourcing, interviewing, recruitment, and employee engagement.5. Continuous Improvement
• Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
• Introduce AI-assisted sourcing and recruitment tools where they provide measurable value.
