Our partner is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner based in United States.This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic HR partner supporting business growth, organizational development, and employee engagement.You will work closely with leaders and managers to shape people strategies across talent, performance, compensation, development, and employee relations.The position combines strategic planning with hands-on HR leadership, including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.You will help strengthen organizational culture while coaching leaders and supporting employees through complex workplace matters.The role also involves HR compliance, systems, policy development, and collaboration with Total Rewards and enterprise HR teams.Success will require strong business judgment, relationship-building skills, and the ability to turn people priorities into practical business outcomes.This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the St. Louis, Missouri office and two days remotely, as business needs allow.AccountabilitiesServe as a strategic and trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance across employee relations, organizational development, talent, performance, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.Coach supervisors and managers on employee concerns, corrective actions, performance management, goal setting, development plans, and conflict resolution.Foster employee engagement through open communication, engagement initiatives, wellness activities, employee roundtables, and workplace events.Develop organizational strategies that support growth, change management, leadership development, succession planning, and internal talent mobility.Manage site talent acquisition activities, including workforce planning, candidate interviews and selection, background checks, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and safety orientations.Oversee onboarding and retention initiatives, including 30- and 90-day stay interviews and follow-up on employee experience.Manage temporary staffing requirements, monitoring staffing changes, performance, attendance, and length of service.Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams on performance review cycles, compensation events, policy development, benefits administration, and workforce programs.Ensure HR policies and practices are administered consistently and fairly while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.Maintain HR systems and records, support reporting requirements, monitor relevant legislation and employment trends, and coordinate required compliance activities.Lead HR-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and leverage AI tools and technology to increase workflow efficiency and daily productivity.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of professional Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in an HR leadership role.Experience supporting organizational growth and working strategically with business leaders at multiple levels.Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, coaching, hourly compensation, training, change management, and HR program implementation.HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR is preferred.Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Experience with HR systems, payroll, and timekeeping platforms.Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, resolve conflicts, and coach and mentor employees and managers.Strong strategic thinking, judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a high level of professional integrity.Ability to work independently, take initiative, anticipate organizational needs, and develop practical solutions to complex business challenges.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining reliable, flexible, and responsive.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and improve productivity.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.Must successfully complete required
