Senior HR COE Specialist

Job SummaryJoin our HR COE team in Taipei and help shape how our organization works. This role owns organizational chart governance, digitalization, and process improvement while supporting promotion cycles, HR strategy initiatives, and key HR projects. We are looking for someone who can turn complexity into simplicity, influence stakeholders effectively, and drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the company organizational chart and related governance processes.Drive org chart digitalization and process improvement initiatives.Support mid-year and annual promotion cycles.Prepare organizational reports, insights, and management presentations.Contribute to HR strategic planning and annual operating plans.Lead or support cross-functional HR projects as assigned.Qualifications5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in HR COE, HR Operations, Organizational Development, or Workforce Planning.Strong project management, analytical, and process improvement skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven ability to simplify complex information and create practical solutions.Proficient in English with a TOEIC score of 750+ (or equivalent).Bachelor's degree or above.Location & Work Model📍Taipei, Taiwan (臺北巿南港區三重路66號3樓之6)🏢 Hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days per week in the office)Why Join Us?Be part of a high-impact HR COE team where you'll help modernize HR operations, influence organizational effectiveness, and contribute to long-term workforce strategy.
