Apply & track with Apply Edge1.Employee Life Cycle operations:Conduct employee full life cycle from the employee offer acceptance and key information passed from TA team, kicking off onboarding in brand manner, including but not limited to documents follow up, employment contracts, welcome gifts, till employee’s probation review, movement/transfer, development and exit and hiring to TA team if applicable.Provide employment contract renewal data to retail managers, follow up renewal/not renewal till end of process both from paper and HR system by working together with C&B team2.Employees Engagement & Development support:Ensure employee’s initial 6 months on boarding smooth in the team and giving sufficient HR support, consolidating feedback from HR perspective for a better version of on-boarding for long term growth. Creative ideas contribution for engagement like welcome gift, annual autumn festival activity, retail gathering activity.3.Employees Development support:Work with line manager and retail management to define retail talent list, consolidating development needs with priority ranking, follow up development status by working with L&D team, feedback with transparent information and support further talent arrangement in the organization4.Business Understanding & Support:Work with line manager to be involved in regular retail business review meeting to understand business, retail needs from HR. Providing HR advice, labor rule consulting and raise constructive opinions. Also supporting employee’s relationship cases, protecting both employees and employers’ rights.5.Encourage and monitor internal referral process support:Promoting Internal Referral through daily operation work, collecting referral candidates CV and record properly based on defined process6.Conduct Exit Interview for all key store employees7.HR system maintenance:Workday maintenance to ensure employees’ change data are input correctly, including but not limited to new joiners, transfer, promotion, exit, org change8.Support retail employees’ annual performance review and annual merit review process in Workday and data preparation and record collecting, review letter issuing.9.Partner with line manager to well manage all crucial reports, such as Staff Movement, Store List, Turnover Rate, Corporate organization chart, Warning records maintenance etc.10.Other tasks and reporting arranged by line managerSKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree or above, Human Resource or Science of Technology related major will be a plusAt least 3 years of progressive HR experienceExperience in working in retail industry is a plus but not mandatoryHonest, open minded, and non-hierarchical attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong prioritization and time management skillsDriven to execute efficiently and accurately, and detail orientedThe desire to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environmentShare the value of excellence pursuing and results drivenComputer and systems literate
