HIRING SENIOR HR EXECUTIVEKey Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboardingSource, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidatesCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and department headsMaintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updatesBuild and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipelineCoordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partnersEnsure vacancies are filled within the required timelinesSupport bulk recruitment requirements based on operational needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of recruitment/HR experience in the UAEStrong experience in end-to-end recruitmentExperience in bulk recruitment and manpower/labor supply industry is highly preferredGood knowledge of the UAE recruitment marketExperience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channelsAbility to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlinesStrong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentImmediate joiners will be preferred
