Senior HR Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and statutory compliance.Administer HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.Handle layoffs/retrenchment and union-related matters.Coordinate training programs and maintain training and audit records.Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements.Support employee welfare, safety, and general HR administration.Advise Management and handle HR and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.Job Requirements / QualificationsEducation & ExperienceMinimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.Preferably with knowledge and experience in employment law and government compliance regulations.Skills & CompetenciesAre able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Malay; Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST to effectively communicate with top management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations.Independent, proactive, and strong in execution.Good time management and self-discipline.Trustworthy, impartial, and objective in handling HR matters.Strong critical evaluation and problem-solving skills.Join a fast-growing company where your ideas are valued, and your career growth is a priority.
