Senior HR Manager

Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Director will provide strategic leadership across IT and digital marketing services, overseeing project delivery, client relationships, and business development. Daily responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, reviewing key project milestones, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives. The role involves defining and refining service offerings, managing budgets and resources, and implementing processes that support quality, scalability, and innovation. The Director will also represent the organization in key client meetings, support sales initiatives, and contribute to long-term growth planning.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in leading IT, web development, or digital marketing organizations, with a strong understanding of website, app, and e-commerce development lifecycles.Proficiency in digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance analytics.Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and align technical solutions with business goals.Solid financial and operational management capabilities, including budgeting, resource planning, and process optimization.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with clients at executive levels.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in a Director or senior leadership role within an IT services or digital marketing company is highly desirable.Familiarity with the New Delhi–Noida technology and business ecosystem will be an advantage.
