Its track record includes multiple top broker recognitions and regional eCommerce awards, highlighting its reputation as a leading real estate consultancy in the Philippines.Role Description As a Senior HR Officer at The Lead Realty, you will oversee and execute a wide range of human resources functions to support a growing real estate team. This full-time, on-site role based in Taguig involves designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. You will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support leadership in building a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining job descriptions, coordinating training and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. You will collaborate closely with management and team leaders to forecast staffing needs, support organizational development, and contribute to HR strategy and process improvement.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions in a fast-paced organization.Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including the ability to design, implement, and update HR guidelines and procedures.Proven capability in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace.Experience in Job Description Development and role design to support recruitment, performance management, and organizational clarity.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, particularly in the context of real estate or professional services.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting to support HR metrics and decision-making.Prior experience in a
