Headquartered in Delhi with international counseling centers, Aimlay is committed to equitable, transformative education in alignment with SDG 4.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior HR Operations role based in Delhi within Aimlay’s recruitment and education-focused environment. The Senior HR Operations professional will oversee end-to-end HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, HR policy implementation, compliance, and HR documentation. The role involves managing employee relations, supporting talent acquisition and onboarding, and partnering with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include streamlining HR workflows, maintaining HR systems and records, supporting performance management, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The individual will also contribute to HR analytics, continuous process improvement, and creating an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture suited to the edtech/education sector.Qualifications- Minimum 4 years in HR OperationsCandidates should possess strong HR Operations skills, including process management, HR documentation, and HR systems handling.Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning.Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance standards relevant to the Indian context and the education/edtech sector.Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting; ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Interested candidates can share their resume on: Surbhi.Jain@aimlay.com or call directly on: 9289550058 RegardsSurbhi Jain
